Sutherlands probably have on speed dial) and that Miller decried them as 'scurrilous'. Note to Stuart: People that are, in my opinion, sleazy developers don't use the word 'scurrilous', only attorneys do. Further, I hardly think that the words of the very person Kit is alleged to have conspired with to defraud homeowners would be the most trusted source of information on the matter.
And, would this be the same Jerry Miller who most recently stuck it to GIL homeowners as recently as this year when he slinked out of months of unpaid HOA dues for his unit (Ph. I 309) before letting it go into foreclosure (thus dragging down our property values even further)? But since you mentioned it, Stuart, why exactly were you calling Jerry Miller about it if it's just some silly, baseless rumor, anyway? I bet I know why you called him and I bet I know why you had to put words in his mouth.
So, let's review...we have now heard from Stuart - the husband of the person alleged to have screwed homeowners...and we have also heard from the person whom Kit is alleged to have conspired with in screwing homeowners...but, strangely, we've not heard a peep out of the person alleged to have screwed homeowners herself! Prolly because Kit is so shy and demure, no doubt. Please. Homeowners, are you paying attention? It's my opinion, that they are playing you for idiots. But don't worry, there is much more to come on this one, trust.
