    Word for the day - SUTHERSLEAZE - n - someone who does business in a sleazy dishonest fashion.

    Ex: I lie about my neighbors financial condition, spread rumors that their paid for home is going into foreclosure and that their business is failing to try and discredit them; therefore I am a SUTHERSLEAZE.

    Word for the day - January 7, 2012 - KITJOB - v - The act of deploying a contracted shill homeowner board member whose primary objective is the elimination of any downside financial risk posed by incomplete, shoddy or litigation-prone construction defects by unscrupulous developers and their shadowy business associates.

    Ex: We will KITJOB Yoel to cover up the fact that we did not go after the delinquent HOA dues and repairs owed to the complex by our BFF Jerry Miller.

    You should also note that some may consider using they word KITJOB as if it were a positive thing because they do not know the meaning, but you can be certain one thing- in no matter what context, YOU DO NOT WANT A KITJOB!!!!
