So the Blog decided to let you decide for yourself. In an e-mail (see below) recently obtained by the Blog that was sent by Kit Sutherland to then Board President Sandy Jones, Kit trashes a GIL homeowner and one of her closest neighbors - a person who has been, by any account, an outstanding neighbor and a reliable pillar of support for our Association - Frank Lynch, the owner of Cactus Car Wash.
"Apparently, Frank's inability to sell or lease his investment property is not hurting his cash flow. His Jeep Cherokee, which was fairly late model(ed) and in good condition, was replaced this week with a massive, brand new Range Rover. I expect to see it parked soon in the center of the driveway in front of the elevator, where he parks regularly when he is unloading groceries, dry cleaning, etc. Can't wait to get a management company that can supply pre-printed "courtesy" warnings about this sort of behavior..." -Kit SutherlandThe e-mail also reveals the shocking revelation that, beyond harboring ill will toward GIL resident Lynch, Kit and Stuart Sutherland were even milling over what they could do with the Glen Iris Lofts commercial space that Lynch owned at the time, should the Association find a way to wrest it out from under him by way of playing hardball in resolving a technical error made in the drafting of an easement agreement granted to Decker Car Wash (d/b/a Cactus Car Wash) the year prior.
"Speaking of Frank, Stuart and I keep pondering what we (i.e. the association) might be able to do with the ground-floor level of #206, if it became an element in re-negotiating the easement situation..." -Kit SutherlandBut she didn't stop there, no. The e-mail goes on to reveal that Kit was also plotting to pull a fast one on her BFF, Jerry Miller, by trying to (Continued...)
get Miller's business partner, Bruce Gallman, to sign off on some parking space reallocation scheme that Kit wanted but, apparently, Miller was opposed to, while he (Miller) was out of town.
"I'm trying to figure out a way to get this document signed BEFORE Atlanta Loft Co. receives our-soon-to-be-mailed letter. How easily have you been able to reach Bruce Gallman these past few days? Do you think there's any possibility he would be available tomorrow or over the weekend to "sign some routine paperwork while Jerry's out of town..."? Or, if we have reason to believe he would be in the office Monday morning (Michael Adams might know), we could hand-deliver the document and have him sign it while we wait (and hope they receive or open their mail until afternoon!). One problem is that all the signatures have to be notarized, but I bet there's someone right there in the building that routinely performs this service for them. Anyway, think it over and look at your schedule, then let me know what you think we can do." -Kit Sutherland
Nice way to to treat your fellow homeowner, neighbor and BFF, huh? While the Blog will let you decide for yourself, my personal advice would be to watch your back if you count Kit Sutherland among your 'friends'.
You can view the e-mail and its entirety, below.
Gawd...with friends like that, who needs enemies! Jeez..
ReplyDeleteWhat a psychotic evil bitch Kit Sutherland is!!! I hope that one day she get's what her evil, hateful actions owe her. So many of us have had these kinds of attached from Kit and Staurt Sutherland who often use our own associations money to further their private agenda for domination, control and overtaking of property for their own personal and financial gains. What evil hateful and horrible people Kit and Stuart Sutherland are. I know Frank Lynch and he is one of the hardest working nicest guys I have ever met and I hope he sees this article. In fact, I may print a copy and drop it by Cactus Car wash so they can forward it to him. He needs to know how evil his neighbors Kit and Stuart Sutherland are.
ReplyDeleteIn response to our reader's comment, The Blog wanted to share that it is our standard policy to make every attempt to notify any GIL resident and neighbor directly if they have been mentioned specifically by name in a Blog post. We do this as a courtesy to lessen the possibility that they find themselves in the awkward position of 'being the last to know'. Accordingly, the Blog did provide Mr. & Mrs. Lynch with both a notice of, and a link to, the post via e-mail shortly after it posted.
DeleteThanks for your readership and for taking the time to post a comment...

Word for the day - THIEVERLAND - adv - The description of how Kit and Staurt Sutherland try to steal from others using trickery and dishonest tactics.
ReplyDeleteEX: Kit and Stuart attempted to THIEVERLAND the homeowners rights and money by lying to and cheating them.
I'm not surprised. She's been a petty b***tch as long as I've known her. What a cow.
ReplyDeleteIt's almost enough to make you feel sorry for Stuart...mmm...nah, no it's not...lol
